Company Overview
ZH CPA, LLC is an accounting firm with operating offices in the United States, Canada & Asia. We provide professional accounting, auditing and tax services to a number of publicly held businesses as well as privately held companies. Our team members have combined experience in Assurance, Tax and Financial Advisory knowledge.
We have an extensive international, national, and local network of consultants, business advisors, and directors while assisting with your accounting services we can bring our key group of business contacts to assist you with due diligence, tax minimization, audit preparation, part time and full time staff augmentation, book keeping, chief financial officer/controller services and business valuation.
Our engagement team is highly skilled in all aspects of auditing public and privately-held companies with an emphasis on audit and reviews for U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (“SEC”) registrants and Canadian public companies.
