Audit Manager — Opening: 2 — Location: United StatesResponsibilities: Assume a high level of responsibility for client liaison and portfolio management, audit planning and control, developing deliverable, writing reports and presentation. Build, manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements teams while maintaining active communication with clients in an effort to manage expectations and help ensure client satisfaction. Help clients achieve business objectives, strengthen management capabilities and minimize enterprise risks through the use of our value-added audit approach. Take direct lead and control of special engagements, ensuring they are properly planned, staffed and executed. Supervise the engagement work of audit staff and ensuring the professional standard of services to clients as well as preparation of fee notes; Review the work of junior staff, assist in their career development through constructive feedback and guidance. Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation. Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinates. Qualifications: Five plus years of relevant experience in a senior role within a CPA firm. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and licensed CPA. Demonstrated experience leading multiple engagements and client service teams as well as developing and mentoring staff within a collaborative team environment. Excellent leadership, project management skills and business development skills. Ability to anticipate the long-term impact of all decisions and take a broad approach to problem solving. Superior verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to clearly explain complex tax and business issues to clients. Bilingual (Spanish and or Chinese) is preferred.
